Contractual Services

We are a small, locally based firm, with a highly skilled work force, both direct and subcontract labour, having been established in the building industry for many years.  Incorporated in 2005.  We pride ourselves on being small enough to provide an individual service but still big enough to cope with all size contracts.

Area of Operation:  Main area of operation is the Westcountry : Devon / Cornwall / Somerset / Dorset.  However, we are prepared to carry out contracts outside of these areas if requested.

About Us

We undertake contracts for many local authorities and contractors, including main contractors, Local Councils, Devon and Cornwall Police and RD&E health Trust and many ongoing maintenance contracts with leading private customers.  Further details of our work can be provided on request.
